Lena is a petroleum geologist with experience working on the North Sea, the Atlantic Margin and the Middle East.  She has a degree from the University of Edinburgh and a PhD from University College London on the tectonic evolution of the Ionian Thrust Belt, part of the external Hellenides of Greece.  She has worked in areas spanning the life cycle of a field, from exploration through to development, operations and production.
